HOUSE RULES

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made 24 hours prior to check-in. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am.
  2. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and pipes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
  3. No pets are allowed. Our house dog, Tia, loves to be the only animal on-site.
  4. Maximum occupancy limits per room type are strictly adhered to. Any exceptions to these occupancy limits will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
  5. Due to our limited size, visitors cannot be accommodated at the pool or hot tub areas.
  6. No parties or events are to be held without prior approval of management. We love hosting guests who are here to relax & enjoy the area. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we are unable to accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar group celebrations. Thank you for understanding & helping us keep our inn a comfortable retreat. 
  7. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  8. Damage charges will apply for excessive damages to the property including wine stains and burns that the guest may cause during their stay.
  9. Parking is limited onsite. One space is provided for each of the main house suites & for each of the one bedroom cottages. Two parking spots are available for each two bedroom cottage.
  10. The pool is shallow - diving & jumping are prohibited.
  11. No eating or drinking in the pool or hot tub.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 14 days or more from your stay will have a $25.00 cancellation fee with the balance as a credit for a future stay. Cancellations made 13 days or less from your stay will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations the day of the reservation.
