HOUSE RULES


  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made 24 hours prior to check-in.
  2. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM & checkout is 11:00 AM.
  3. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, & pipes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
  4. No pets are allowed. Our house dog, Tia, loves to be the only animal on-site.
  5. Maximum occupancy limits per room type are strictly adhered to. Any exceptions to these occupancy limits will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
  6. Due to our limited size, visitors cannot be accommodated at the pool or hot tub areas.
  7. No parties or events are to be held without prior approval of management. We love hosting guests who are here to relax & enjoy the area. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we are unable to accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar group celebrations. Thank you for understanding & helping us keep our inn a comfortable retreat. 
  8. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  9. Damage charges will apply for excessive damages to the property including wine stains & burns that the guest may cause during their stay.
  10. Parking is limited onsite. One space is provided for each of the main house suites & for each of the one bedroom cottages. Two parking spots are available for each two bedroom cottage.


POOL & HOT TUB RULES


  1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  2. No running on the pool deck or between the pool & hot tub.
  3. No diving or jumping into the pool or hot tub.
  4. Shower before entering the pool or hot tub. Please make sure your feet are clean. An outdoor shower is located next to the hot tub.
  5. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  6. Children under 12 may not operate the hot tub jets or other control buttons.
  7. Do not walk or sit on the ledge surrounding the hot tub.
  8. No roughhousing, horseplay, screaming, or excessive noise.
  9. No outdoor games, Nerf guns, or squirt guns on the pool deck.
  10. No glass or bottles in the pool or hot tub area.
  11. No food or drinks in the pool or hot tub.
  12. Please return all pool floats & toys to their designated storage area after use.
  13. Do not urinate in the pool or hot tub. Please use the restroom facility within your suite.
  14. The hot tub deck can be slippery. Please towel off carefully after exiting.
  15. The pool ranges from 3½ feet to 5 feet deep.
  16. Do not touch the silver bar or the sandstone at the deep end of the pool. It is part of the pool cover system & can get damaged so refrain from hanging on it. If entering or exiting from the deep end, please use the small deck area.
  17. If rain is forecast or storms are approaching, the pool may remain closed. After rain ends, reopening may take up to one hour to allow for water testing & cleaning.
  18. Be courteous. This is a shared amenity for all guests—please respect others & keep noise to a reasonable level.


POOL & HOT TUB HOURS

Pool: Closes daily at 9:00 PM.

Hot Tub: Closes at 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday & 11:00 PM Friday–Saturday.

Hours may vary due to weather, maintenance, or cleaning.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your stay will be refunded via your original payment method plus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 13 days or less from your stay will result in your deposit being credited towards a future stay with a $50.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations the day of the reservation.
